My style of therapy
My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where you can freely express yourself during therapy. The more openly you share with me, the sooner you’ll begin to feel better within yourself, in your relationships and across other areas of your life.
I engage in deep, meaningful work with my clients to address issues at their root. This is best way to stop your unwanted patterns. This approach often requires a longer-term process, but it brings about lasting healing.
Philosophy of therapy
While gaining insight and experiencing emotional release are important aspects of psychotherapy, they alone are often not enough to create lasting change in your life. It’s essential to also work through the blocks and resistances that hinder your growth and prevent you from living the life you desire.
Our work together will focus on helping you fully acknowledge, accept and articulate your thoughts and feelings. Many challenges people face stem from a lack of self-awareness and difficulty in expressing their emotions and thoughts.
I will explain how I work and then ask about what prompted you to reach out. Together, we can determine if I’m the right therapist for you.
I will be offering a 50% discount until December 2025 when I complete training. I offer sessions via Zoom.
